Houzz Tour: A Penthouse apartment in Old Industrial Warehouse - Built in 1910, this former warehouse of department store became one of the first loft conversions successfully in Toronto in the late 1990s . Two custom horizontal steel shelves lined a wall in the dining room and are used to display the white dinnerware collection owners. "We wanted to do something interesting on the wall that was both visually appealing and functional," says Martin.
