Houzz Tour: raise a glass to this coastal home with Vineyard Views - Blessed with a coastal location and a vineyard, this Australian couple wanted a house that would embrace the surrounding countryside.

For this, the architects Warwick Mihaly and Erica Slocombe designed a clean, simple house, low impact with local materials, including clay wall, as well as solar panels and a discreet position. The famous home environment and reflect the lifestyle slowly owners.

Mihaly Slocombe and built the house on a concrete foundation. An adobe wall forms the backbone of the house. Although this part of Australia can become very hot, they used insulation, orientation of the house and cross ventilation to keep the temperature moderate interior.
